Hiring Process

•   Submit an application to City Hall;

•   Submit a completed Personal History Packet and required documents;

•   The background investigation will commence;

•   Interview with Background Investigator;

•   Follow up investigations (if needed);

•   Chief's Interview

•   Physical (Medical) Screening;

•   Psychological Evaluation;

•   Sworn in as a Sealy Police Officer;

•   Successful completion of the Field Training Program;

•   Completion of probationary period.
